Vanity Fair: Maer Roshan, a deputy editor at New York magazine in the 1990s before he moved on to join Tina Brown’s Talk, and then to found his own dishy glossy, Radar, has been named editor in chief of Los Angeles magazine. The appointment will be formally announced on Tuesday.
