Sony Veteran Lynton to Join Warner Music Group as Chairman

Billboard: Former Sony Entertainment CEO Michael Lynton has been elected non-executive chairman of the board of Warner Music Group. Currently the chairman of Snap, Lynton’s election brings WMG’s board of directors to 11 members.
