New York Post: Vice Media co-founder and former CEO Shane Smith has sold his Tribeca loft for $5.35 million, according to city property records filed Monday. Smith (and his wife Tamyka Smith) first put the four-bedroom unit at 20 Desbrosses Street on the market for $5.85 million in September 2018.
