Netflix Already Seeking Best-Picture Oscar for Scorsese Film

Hollywood Reporter: Martin Scorsese wants a wide theatrical release for his new gangster film, “The Irishman,” and industry sources with knowledge of talks between Netflix and theater owners say that the streaming giant is working to get him one.
