TechCrunch: Jelli, the maker of an advertising platform for radio broadcasters to digitize how they fill space on their airwaves — think “AdWords for audio” — has raised a $21 million round of funding to grow its business as it prepares to expand to other kinds of audio services, specifically streamed music. The Series B round comes from a mix of strategic backers and top shelf VCs including iHeartMedia and Universal Music Group, Relay Ventures, Intel Capital and First Round Capital.
