CBS Takes Stake in Production Outfit from Broadcast Veterans

Deadline: CBS has taken an ownership stake in and struck a first-look deal with PatMa Productions, the production firm set up by former CBS Entertainment chairman Nina Tassler and “Batman Returns” producer Denise Di Novi. Tassler and Di Novi previously worked together on the CBS drama “The District.”
