Johnson Publishing’s Ebony, Jet Archives Sell for $30 Million

Crain’s Chicago Business: Johnson Publishing’s Ebony and Jet magazine photo archive will have a new home at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington, D.C., and the Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles, pending final sale to the J. Paul Getty Trust and various other foundations.
