Deadline: Jeff Bezos sold nearly 1 million shares of Amazon stock in the last three days of July, according to SEC filings, in the wake of his divorce being finalized. While the shares are worth about $1.8 billion, the 12% of Amazon that Jeff Bezos still controls means he remains the world’s richest person.
