Allen Media Announces Deal to Acquire 11 Regional TV Stations

The Wrap: Byron Allen’s Entertainment Studios on Tuesday announced a deal to acquire 11 smaller-market broadcast TV stations from USA Television Holdings and USA Television MidAmerica Holdings for $290 million. Allen has been on a buying spree, building a portfolio of film and TV companies.
