Netflix Loses to Fox in Big Legal Battle Over Poaching Execs

Los Angeles Times:  A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has issued an injunction barring Netflix from poaching rival Fox executives under contract, or inducing them to breach their fixed-term agreements. “It was a complete loss for Netflix.”
