Viacom Accused of Selling Out Investors for Deal with CBS

Bloomberg: Shari Redstone and other Viacom directors have been accused by a pension fund of selling out the media giant’s shareholders by ramming through the merger with CBS. Redstone and her colleagues “expropriated potentially billions of dollars.”
