ViacomCBS Forms Venture Fund in Buy of Israeli TV Outfit

World Screen: ViacomCBS Networks International is acquiring the Israeli content producer and pay-TV channel provider Ananey Communications Group. Ananey’s founder will stay on in a new role as as general partner of a newly formed venture capital fund.
