Comcast Merges TV, Streaming in Revamp at NBCUniversal

NBC News: Mark Lazarus will become chairman of NBCUniversal Television and Streaming, leading a single division that “closely aligns” NBCUniversal’s television networks and international networks and the new Peacock streaming service.
