New York Times: Former Harper’s Bazaar editor Glenda Bailey once faced staffer complaints of verbally abusive behavior; now Stephen Gan, the creative director of Elle, has attracted criticism for his leadership at V magazine, which he founded. Staffers said that he was racist, homophobic and sexist.
