Daily News: Miley Cyrus is back at it. The music artist will be returning to the Video Music Awards, two years after her controversial 2013 MTV VMAs performance alongside Robin Thicke — but this time as a host. The “We Can’t Stop” singer took to Instagram to share the big news with her 26.4 million followers. Donning an alien suit, Cyrus shared two images beside each other with her hold a different sign in each picture. One sign read, “MTV won’t let me perform,” while the other said “so I’m hosting this year’s VMAs.”
