Study: Journalists Talk in Microbubbles When Using Twitter

University of Illinois: Journalists’ interactions on Twitter show them congregating in “microbubbles,” says a recent study. These journalists communicate more among themselves than with journalists outside the group. These journalists “raise concerns about vulnerability to groupthink.”
