Grub Street: In June, Tammie Teclemariam tweeted a photo of Bon Appétit editor-in-chief Adam Rapoport dressed in a stereotypical Puerto Rican costume. Since then, the freelance writer’s Twitter feed has become the “Page Six” of food media, a destination for news and rumors.
