BuzzFeed Faces Big Loss in Landmark Lawsuit Over Photo

Rangefinder: Photographer Gregory Mango won a landmark lawsuit against BuzzFeed when a court ruled that the online publication was liable for third-party infringement of his photograph. BuzzFeed grabbed the photo from the New York Post and republished it, removing the copyright.
