Talking Biz News: Bloomberg News tech reporter Eric Newcomer has left the news organization to start an independent newsletter called Newcomer. “I quit my job at Bloomberg — where I’ve scooped IPO news, acquisitions and financing rounds and written about startups before they were cool.”
