Discovery Invests in British TV-Digital News Startup

Reuters: GB News, a new British 24-hour TV and digital news service, has secured millions of dollars from investors such as Discovery, Legatum and hedge fund manager Paul Marshall to challenge the status quo in UK media. GB News will start hiring immediately for 140 jobs, including 120 journalist positions.
