Mediaite: Apparently a lot can change in two weeks. With the first Republican presidential debate of the 2016 cycle set to air on Fox News this Thursday night, Rupert Murdoch used his Twitter account to offer up a bit of political analysis over the weekend: “Fox Thursday debate vital for all candidates. If Trump gets thru unscathed it will be big win. Time for all to understand his support.” The tweet was a far cry from the sentiment Murdoch put forward about Donald Trump just two weekends earlier.
