News & Tech: E.W. Scripps has reported that its newspaper revenue was down 7.9% in the fourth quarter, reaching $95.1 million. The company’s advertising and marketing services revenue was $60 million, sliding 9.7 %. The company is close to finalizing the spinoff of its newspapers to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel parent company Journal Communications, which it announced in July 2014.
