San Antonio Business Journal: Real-estate firm Casey Development is now iHeartMedia’s landlord after buying out the media company’s headquarters building in San Antonio. Casey purchased the 53,789-square-foot building at 200 East Basse Road — built in 1999 to be the corporate headquarters for iHeartMedia, formerly Clear Channel Communications — for an undisclosed sum. The developer will be leasing a portion of the space back to iHeartMedia. Through the deal, iHeart will be reducing its footprint in the building to about two-thirds.
